I always fight with my therapists, they never get behind the problem: my body. Confrontation makes therapy impossible. They want me to look them in the eye, to trust them but I just stare at the wall and try to relieve my muscle cramps and spasms. It hurts like hell, it makes me aggressive, I can only view them as objects who have nothing to teach me. So they get angry in response, eager to keep me on the ground, which makes everything worse. It's a downward spiral.
